Draw Promissory Note. This Agreement is executed pursuant to a Draw Promissory Note from Debtor to Creditor dated December 7, 2006 (the “Note”). The Note and all amendments, modifications, supplements and restatements thereto from time to time are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Loan Documents.”
