Drain Systems. IBM's Facilities Maintenance will maintain all drain systems downstream of and including the inlet fitting on the main or secondary trunk line. The Tenant will maintain the drain system upstream of such fitting. Drain line flame arresters, if any, will be maintained by IBM's Facilities Maintenance, except where such devices are located within the Tenant's equipment or tools.
