Service Boundaries. 5.1 The Central Office and POI Co-location Service is primarily confined to the Service Provider’s Footprint.
Service Boundaries. Except as provided in an Exhibit for a specific Service: (i) Providing Company shall be required to provide the Services only to the extent and only at the locations such Services are being provided by Providing Company for the members of Receiving Company's Group immediately prior to the Effective Date; and (ii) the Services will be available only for purposes of conducting the business of Receiving Company substantially in the manner it was conducted prior to the Effective Date.
Service Boundaries. Except as otherwise provided in a Transition Service Schedule for a specific service: (i) a Service Provider shall be required to provide the Services only to the extent and only at the locations such Services are being provided by the Service Provider for the Service Recipient immediately prior to the Distribution Date; and (ii) the services will be available only for purposes of conducting the business of the Service Recipient substantially in the manner it was conducted prior to the Distribution Date.

Except as provided in a Transition Service Schedule for a specific Service: (i) 3Com shall be required to provide the Services only to the extent and only at the locations such Services are being provided by 3Com for Palm immediately prior to the Effective Date; and (ii) the Services will be available only for purposes of conducting the business of Palm substantially in the manner it was conducted prior to the Effective Date.

Except as provided in a Transition Service Schedule for a specific Service: (i) ESS shall be required to provide the Services only to the extent and only at the locations such Services are being provided by ESS for Vialta immediately prior to the Distribution Date; and (ii) the Services will be available only for purposes of conducting the business of Vialta substantially in the manner it was conducted prior to the Distribution Date.
Service Boundaries. Except as provided in the Service Schedule: (i) CSI shall be required to provide a Service to Aprisma only to the extent and only at the locations such Services were being provided by CSI to Aprisma immediately prior to the Effective Date; and (ii) each Service will be available to Aprisma only for purposes of conducting the business of Aprisma substantially in the manner it was conducted prior to the Effective Date.
