Common use of Draftsmanship Clause in Contracts

Draftsmanship. Each of the parties hereto has been represented by counsel ------------- in negotiating this Agreement and the parties agree that there shall be no presumption favoring or burdening any one or more parties hereto based upon draftsmanship. Whenever necessary in this agreement the context would permit, the singular term and the related pronoun shall include the plural, the masculine and the feminine terms.
