Common use of Drafter Clause in Contracts

Drafter. None of the Parties shall be considered the drafter of this Agreement or any of its provisions for the purpose of any statute, case law, rule, interpretation, or construction that would or might cause any provision of this Agreement to be construed against the drafter of this Agreement.
