Drafter. Neither party will be deemed the drafter of this Agreement, which Agreement will be deemed to have been jointly prepared by the parties. Thorough knowledge of piping and instrumentation diagrams, power transmission and distribution systems, electric power generation systems, construction materials and their use, and modern methods of construction or fabrication is also helpful. The drafter must have an AA degree or equivalent in a related field, with two years of industrial experience.
Drafter. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted fairly, in accordance with the plain meaning of its terms, and there shall be no presumption or inference against the party drafting this Agreement in construing or interpreting the provisions hereof.
