Consultant shall develop the Draft SSMP that combines all findings into a final document with, at minimum, the following sections: Cover Letter Executive Summary Background Study Area Description Scope of Work and Methodology Flow Monitoring Program Flow Modeling – Collection System Hydraulic Modeling Capacity Evaluation Planning Criteria and Flow Projections Proposed Projects and Alternatives Analysis Capital Improvement Program Staffing Plan Consultant shall prepare the Draft SSMP for stakeholder review with the following minimum timelines: City review – 4 weeks. Public review – 4 weeks (Public meeting shall occur at the beginning of this duration).
