Draft Master Plan Report. Consultant shall develop the Draft SSMP that combines all findings into a final document with, at minimum, the following sections: Cover Letter Executive Summary Background Study Area Description Scope of Work and Methodology Flow Monitoring Program Flow Modeling – Collection System Hydraulic Modeling Capacity Evaluation Planning Criteria and Flow Projections Proposed Projects and Alternatives Analysis Capital Improvement Program Staffing Plan Consultant shall prepare the Draft SSMP for stakeholder review with the following minimum timelines: City review – 4 weeks. Public review – 4 weeks (Public meeting shall occur at the beginning of this duration).
Draft Master Plan Report. Consultant shall develop a Draft Master Plan Report that summarizes the assumptions, analysis criteria, findings, and recommendations of the Project. In addition, an executive summary shall be prepared as part of this task. The Master Plan Report should be straightforward, concise and provide “▇▇▇▇▇▇” explanations of technical terms that are used. Emphasis should be concentrated on addressing the Master Plan vision, goals, and objectives.
8.1.1 Consultant shall conduct a workshop (TWG/Stakeholder Workshop No. 6) with District, TWG, and Stakeholders to discuss and further develop the Draft Master Plan Report. Consultant shall consider results of the workshop discussions in the refinement of the Draft Master Plan Report.
Draft Master Plan Report. CONSULTANT shall update the Master Plan into a draft copy of the final report. The draft report shall be reviewed by CONSULTANT quality control personnel and designated CITY staff. CONSULTANT shall present the draft report to the CITY at a workshop or public meeting and provide 1 electronic copy in Adobe PDF Format and 6 hardcopies of the draft report to the CITY.
