DRAFT FOR COMMENT. In the event that either WG or MGE-IW wishes or is required to issue a press release or public statement, it will first provide the other Party with a draft copy for review and comment. In the event that the other Party fails to comment on the release within twenty-four (24) hours of its receipt, or such earlier deadline as may be necessary to permit the Party issuing the release to satisfy all regulatory requirements, they will be deemed to have approved of the release in its entirety.
