Downstream Specs if the quality specifications of the downstream pipeline receiving such Gas at the applicable Delivery Point(s) for the items in clauses (a) through (f) above are more stringent than the quality specifications set forth above in such clauses, then the Gas shall meet such more stringent quality specifications (excluding the exceptions in clauses (c) and (d) above); and
