Common use of Downgrades Clause in Contracts

Downgrades. Customer may only downgrade the Scope/Edition set forth in the Order at the next renewal date upon signature of a new Order. In order to avoid additional charges, Customer should purchase the appropriate Scope/Edition of the Subscription Service(s) for your anticipated needs.
