Dormitory Regulations. Occupants of dormitory rooms are responsible for everything in the room and the room itself. Total damages to halls and areas not considered a part of a room will be assessed and charged to occupants of the dormitory. First offense will result in a warning or possible dismissal from the dormitory and payment of damages. Second offense will result in dismissal from dormitory and payment of damages.
