DOR. DOR has two case types: Student Services (also called Potentially Eligible) and VR (Vocational Rehabilitation) services. For Student Services, any student age 16-21 who is enrolled in a training program and has been identified as having a disability can participate. Vocational Rehabilitation Services: VR services from DOR are based on having a physical or mental impairment that results in a substantial barrier to employment, can benefit and needs VR services to reach an employment outcome.
