Common use of Door Locks Clause in Contracts

Door Locks. If Lessee is more than Ten (10) days delinquent in payment of rent or other sums due, the Lessor shall be entitled to change or modify door locks on all entry doors of the Leased Premises in accordance with applicable law, provided, however, Lessor shall immediately thereafter post a notice on the primary entry door to the Leased Premises stating name and location of such individual where such key may be obtained. Lessor's right to modify or change locks shall occur automatically and without notice if ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s rent is accelerated as provided below, relating to unlawful early move-out. Lessor shall not be responsible to Lessee for any loss of business or any other loss during such door lock times.
