Donor. An employee to be eligible to donate leave to another employee must meet the following criteria: 1. Must donate whole days. 2. Must have at least 15 days of accrued sick leave remaining to his/her credit following any donations. 3. Must not have solicited nor accepted anything of value for the donation.
