Common use of Domicile Clause in Contracts

Domicile. To the effect of this Partnership Agreement, the Parties shall irrevocably choose domicile at the address stated in the Project Description where any official notifications and direct invoices for the activities of the Project can be lawfully served. Any change of Beneficiary’s domicile shall be forwarded to the Lead Beneficiary within 10 working days following the change of address by registered mail.
