Domicilia Sample Clauses
The Domicilia clause designates the official address or location where parties to a contract will receive legal notices and communications. Typically, each party specifies a physical address, and any formal correspondence sent to this address is considered properly delivered, regardless of whether the recipient actually receives it. This clause ensures that there is a clear, agreed-upon method for serving notices, thereby reducing disputes about whether communications were properly sent or received.
