Domicilia. 26.2.1 Each of the Parties chooses its physical address referred to in clause 26.1.1 as its domicilium citandi et executandi at which documents in legal proceedings in connection with this Agreement may be served.
Domicilia. 9.3.1. The Parties choose their respective physical addresses provided under or pursuant to clause 9.2 (Addresses) as their domicilium citandi et executandi at which documents in legal proceedings in connection with this Agreement may be served.
Domicilia. 33.3.1 Each Party chooses its physical address provided under or pursuant to Clause 33.2 as its domicilium citandi et executandi at which documents in legal proceedings in connection with a Finance Document may be served.
Domicilia. 14.2.1 Each of the Parties chooses its address referred to in clause 14.1 as its domicilium citandi et executandi at which address documents in legal proceedings in connection with this Agreement may be served.
Domicilia. 12.1 The parties choose as their domicilia citandi et executandi for all purposes under this Agreement, whether in respect of court processes, notices or other documents or communications of whatsoever nature their respective physical addresses referred to in the heading of this Agreement.
Domicilia. 19.2.1 The PARTIES hereby choose domicilia citandi et executandi for all purposes under the AGREEMENT at the addresses set opposite their respective names hereunder:-
