Dolly Fee Sample Clauses
The Dolly Fee clause defines a specific charge imposed for the use of dollies or similar equipment during the moving or transportation of goods. Typically, this fee is added to the total cost when items require special handling or when access conditions necessitate the use of dollies, such as moving heavy furniture through long hallways or up multiple flights of stairs. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the additional labor and equipment costs associated with such moves are transparently allocated, preventing disputes and clarifying the financial responsibilities of the parties involved.
