Common use of Dollar Day Principal Clause in Contracts

Dollar Day Principal. With respect to the delayed payment of advance payments described in paragraph 5, above, the dollar day principal adheres to the rule that for every day that a dollar is delayed, Customer agrees to accelerate a dollar by a day when making future advance payments, thereby accelerating the future advance payment due date. The dollar day principal shall be applied such that the acceleration of the advance payment due date shall minimize the time period for repayment of the delayed payment(s), and recapture the normal advance payment schedule established by Table 1 of the Purchase Agreement. The parties recognize that the actual accelerated advance payment schedule cannot be determined until such time as Customer makes the payment for the delayed advance payments contemplated by paragraph 5, above.
