Common use of Does Not Boycott Israel Clause in Contracts

Does Not Boycott Israel. Pursuant to Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code, Outside Counsel certifies, by executing this OCC, that either (i) Outside Counsel meets an exemption criteria under Section 2271.002; or (ii) does not, and will not during the term of this OCC, boycott Israel. Outside Counsel further certifies that no subcontractor of Outside Counsel boycotts Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the agreement. Outside Counsel agrees to take all necessary steps to ensure the foregoing certification remains true during the term of this OCC.
