The Warrant Agent shall be protected fully protected, may conclusively rely upon and shall incur no liability for or in respect of any action taken or omitted thing suffered by it in reliance upon any Warrant Certificate, notice, instruction, direction, consent, certificate, affidavit, statement statement, request or other paper or document reasonably believed by it to be genuine and to have been presented or signed by the proper parties, and shall have no duty to inquire into or investigate the validity, accuracy or content thereof. The Warrant Agent shall not take any instructions or directions except those given in accordance with this Agreement.
