Documents to be Delivered by Xxxxxx(s). It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete any registration pursuant to this Section 6 that each Holder participating in the Offering shall furnish to the Company in a timely manner such information regarding such Holder, the Registrable Securities held by it and the intended method of disposition of the Registrable Securities held by it as shall be reasonably required to effect and maintain the effectiveness of the registration of such Registrable Securities and shall execute such documents in connection with such registration as the Company may reasonably request In furtherance of the foregoing, each of the Holder(s) participating in any of the foregoing offerings shall furnish to the Company a completed and executed questionnaire provided by the Company requesting information customarily sought of selling security holders.
