Documents Retention. The CONSULTANT will maintain records that reflect all revenues, costs incurred, and services provided in the performance of the Agreement. The CONSULTANT will also agree that the CLIENT or its duly authorized representatives may, at any time during normal business hours and as often as reasonably necessary, have access to and the right to examine, audit, excerpt, and transcribe any books, documents, papers, records, etc., and accounting procedures and practices of the CONSULTANT which are relevant to the contract for a period of six years.
Documents Retention. Upon the completion of the WORKS, any drawings and documents with respect to the SYSTEM owned by CONTRACTOR related to the WORKS shall be kept for the EQUIPMENT-design-lifetime of such SYSTEM. This is purportedly to enable CONTRACTOR to supply any parts which need replacement and/or expansion of such SYSTEM as agreed by the Parties during the EQUIPMENT-design-lifetime of the SYSTEM.
