Documents Kept at Registered Office. The Board of Directors shall cause to be kept at the registered office of the Corporation originals or copies of:
(a) approved minutes and records of all proceedings of the Board of Directors and all committees;
(b) records of all votes and actions of the members;
(c) all financial statements of the Corporation; and
