(b) Unless herein otherwise expressly provided, any money held pending the application or withdrawal thereof under any provision of this Indenture may be deposited in the name of the Trustee in any Schedule A Canadian chartered bank at the rate of interest then current on similar deposits or, with the consent of the Company, may be:
(i) deposited in the deposit department of the Trustee or of any other loan or trust company authorized to accept deposits under the laws of Canada or a province thereof; or
(ii) invested in securities issued or guaranteed by the Government of Canada or a province thereof or in obligations, maturing not more than one year from the date of investment, of any Schedule A Canadian chartered bank.
(c) All interest or other income received by the Trustee in respect of deposits and investments will belong to the Company.
