Common use of DOCUMENTS FORMING THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

DOCUMENTS FORMING THE CONTRACT. The Parties have concluded the Framework Agreement which contemplates the Parties entering into this Service Contract. This Service Contract is made pursuant to the Framework Agreement. This Service Contract comprises of the Service Contract documents listed in the Contract Data Page/s (and any other documents which such documents incorporate), all the terms, conditions and provisions of which are incorporated as part of this Service Contract and therefore apply to the Services being performed under this Service Contract. If there is an inconsistency between any of the Service Contract documents listed in the Contract Data Page/s, the order of precedence between them will be the order listed, the Framework Agreement being given the highest precedence.
