Documents Complementary and Inclusive. The Contract Documents are complementary and are intended to include all items required for the proper execution and completion of the Work. All Contract Documents form the Contractor’s Contract with the Owner. Any item of Work mentioned in the Specifications and not shown on the Drawings, or shown on the Drawings and not mentioned in the Specifications, shall be provided by Contractor as if shown or mentioned in both. The Contractor is bound to provide the Work complete and is under a legal duty to carefully study plans and schedule operations well ahead of time and identify inconsistencies with the Plans and Specifications and call such inconsistencies to the attention of the Architect or Registered Engineer through the Inspector under Article 4-343(b) of Title 24.
