Documentation and Information for Trustee. Spartan Stores at all times shall provide the Trustee with current copies of all Executive Compensation Plans for which the Trust is established and maintained from time to time, including amendments, and shall notify the Trustee when any Executive Compensation Plan is modified or terminated or a new Executive Compensation Plan is created. At least annually, Spartan Stores also shall provide the Trustee with updated information concerning the amounts payable with respect to each Executive under each Executive Compensation Plan and the underlying information necessary for calculating the amounts due.
