Documentary Conditions Precedent. The obligations of each Finance Party to the Borrower under this Agreement are subject to the condition precedent that the Agent has notified the Borrower and the Banks that it has received all of the documents set out in Schedule 2 in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.

(a) The obligations of each Finance Party to the Borrower any Obligor under this Agreement are subject to the condition precedent that the Agent has notified (in writing) the Borrower and the Banks that it has received all of the documents set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 3 in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, and the Agent shall use reasonable endeavours to give such notice as soon as practicable after receiving such documents.

The obligations of each Finance Party to the any Borrower under this Agreement are subject to the condition precedent that the Agent has notified the Borrower Parent and the Banks that it has received all of the documents set out in Part I of Schedule 2 in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent. The Agent will promptly notify the Parent upon such receipt.

The obligations of each Finance Party to the Borrower any Obligor under this Agreement are subject to the condition precedent that the Agent has notified the Borrower Borrowers and the Banks that it has received all of the documents documents, or is satisfied as to the matters, set out in Part I of Schedule 2 2, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.
