Common use of Document Review Clause in Contracts

Document Review. In the event Lessee makes any request upon Lessor requiring Lessor, Lender or the attorneys of Lessor or Lender to review and/or prepare (or cause to be reviewed and/or prepared) any documents, plans, specifications or other submissions in connection with or arising out of this Lease, then Lessee shall reimburse Lessor or its designee promptly upon Lessor's demand therefor for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Lessor in connection with such review and/or preparation plus a reasonable processing and review fee.

Document Review. In the event Lessee makes any request upon Lessor requiring Lessor, Lender or the attorneys of Lessor or Lender to review and/or prepare (or cause to be reviewed and/or prepared) any documents, plans, specifications or other submissions in connection with or arising out of this Lease, then Lessee shall reimburse Lessor or its designee promptly upon Lessor's demand therefor for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Lessor in connection with such review and/or preparation plus a reasonable processing and review fee.

In the event Lessee makes any request upon Lessor requiring Lessor, Lender Lessor or the attorneys of Lessor or Lender to review and/or prepare (or cause to be reviewed and/or prepared) any documents, plans, specifications or other submissions in connection with or arising out of this Lease, then Lessee shall (x) reimburse Lessor or its designee promptly upon Lessor's demand therefor for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Lessor in connection with such review and/or preparation plus preparation, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and (y) pay Lessor a reasonable processing and review fee.

In the event Lessee makes any reasonable request upon Lessor requiring Lessor, Lender or the attorneys of Lessor or Lender its attorneys to review and/or prepare (or cause to be reviewed and/or prepared) any documents, plans, specifications document or other submissions documents in connection with or arising out of or as a result of this Lease, then then, except as expressly stated elsewhere herein, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor or its designee promptly upon Lessor's demand therefor for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Lessor in connection with such review and/or preparation plus a reasonable processing and review feefee in an amount not less than $500.00 for each such request.
