Common use of Document Review and Legal Fees Clause in Contracts

Document Review and Legal Fees. The Company agrees to pay to the Buyer or its counsel a document review and legal fee equal to Fifteen Thousand and No/100 United States Dollars ($15,000.00), which shall be due and payable in full on the Effective Date, or any remaining portion thereof shall be due and payable on the Effective Date if a portion of such fee was paid upon the execution of any term sheet related to this Agreement. The Company also agrees to be responsible for the prompt payment of all legal fees and expenses of the Company and its own counsel and other professionals incurred by the Company in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the Transaction Documents.

The Company agrees agree to pay to the Buyer or its counsel a document review and legal fee fees on an hourly basis (with a minimum amount equal to Fifteen Thousand thirty-five and No/100 United States Dollars ($15,000.0035,000.0), which shall be due and payable in full on the Effective Date, or any remaining portion thereof shall be due and payable on the Effective Date if a portion of such fee was paid upon the execution of any term sheet related to this Agreement. The Company also agrees to be responsible for the prompt payment of all legal fees and expenses of the Company and its own counsel and other professionals incurred by the Company in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the Transaction Documents.

The Company also agrees to be responsible for the prompt payment of all legal fees and expenses of the Company and its own counsel and other professionals incurred by the Company in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the Transaction Documents.

The Company Companies also agrees agree to be responsible for the prompt payment of all legal fees and expenses of the Company Companies and its their own counsel and other professionals incurred by the Company Companies in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the Transaction Documents.
