Document Requests. The Contractor shall at any time, and as often as the SJVIA may deem necessary for any reason, provide copies of any records or data with respect to the matters covered by this agreement as the SJVIA may request. Such requests shall be fulfilled within a reasonable time as determined by the parties at the time of the request.
