Document; Knowledge. Whenever, in any section of this Agreement, reference is made to information set forth in the documents provided by UpSnap or the Duratech Shareholders, such reference is to information specifically set forth in such documents and clearly marked to identify the section of this Agreement to which the information relates. Whenever any representation is made to the “knowledge” of any party, it shall be deemed to be a representation that no officer or director of such party, after reasonable investigation, has any knowledge of such matters.

  • Schedules; Knowledge Each party is presumed to have full knowledge of all information set forth in the other party's schedules delivered pursuant to this Agreement.
