Common use of Document Execution Clause in Contracts

Document Execution. This Agreement may be executed or delivered electronically, in any number of counterparts and by different parties in separate counterparts, each of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original and all of which, taken together, shall constitute one integrated agreement. Signature pages may be detached from multiple separate counterparts and attached to a single counterpart.
