Common use of Document Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Document Deliveries. On or prior to the Substitution Date, all of the conditions set forth in Section 3.1 with respect to the Loan shall have been fulfilled and the Borrower shall, at its sole cost and expense, deliver to Administrative Agent the following, in form and content acceptable to the Requisite Lenders and Administrative Agent, in their sole discretion, with respect to the Substitution Added Asset:
