Document Deliveries. Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement:
Document Deliveries. Purchaser shall have received from the Sellers the documents required to be delivered pursuant to Section 10(c) hereof.

If the Sponsor fails to deliver to Xxxxxxx Mac any above-required documentation, Xxxxxxx Mac may order recorder-certified copies of the missing items that are recorded items, and the Sponsor shall reimburse Xxxxxxx Mac upon demand for all costs and expenses incurred by Xxxxxxx Mac in doing so.
Document Deliveries. The Buyer shall have received from the Company the documents listed in Section 4.2(a) hereof.
