Document Conflict. In case of conflict between specifications and drawings and/or actual site conditions, work shall immediately cease until the conflict is resolved by a DISTRICT representative. This document and any attachments referenced represent the entire agreement and shall be enforced and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. In the event any provision of the Contract conflicts with any attachments, the Contract shall prevail. Should any provision of the Contract be held invalid, the remainder of the Contract shall be in full force and effect.
