Common use of Document Approval Clause in Contracts

Document Approval. The form and substance of all certificates, instruments, opinions, and other documents including, without limitation, the leases referred to hereinafter, delivered to Purchaser under this Agreement shall be satisfactory in all reasonable respects to Purchaser and its counsel.
