Doctorate Completion. Subject to the approval of the Superintendent, each tenured administrator may be eligible to use up to three (3) days per year for a maximum of five (5) years, for purposes of a doctoral studies. These days must be taken when school is not in session. Denials of requests for leave under this paragraph shall not be subject to arbitration under Article III, G.
