Do Not Disturb Clause Samples

The "Do Not Disturb" clause is designed to prevent one party from interfering with or disrupting the other party’s operations, activities, or use of a particular space or resource. In practice, this clause may apply to situations such as tenants in a shared building, where one tenant is assured that their premises will not be entered or disturbed by others without permission, or in service agreements where a provider agrees not to interrupt the client’s business processes. Its core function is to ensure uninterrupted use or enjoyment, thereby protecting the affected party from unwanted intrusions or disruptions that could hinder their activities or business.
