Supplementary Services a. All reimbursement for supplementary duties shall be made according to provisions of this Agreement.
b. No duty position shall be assigned any teacher without their consent.
c. In case of a vacancy in a supplementary duty position, appropriate notices should be posted and members of the bargaining unit shall be allowed to make application and receive first consideration provided they are as well or better qualified. If no Association member applies for the position the Board may seek volunteers without pay for the vacant position for that school year. The Board reserves the right not to fill the posted position.
d. Assuming satisfactory performance in the position as determined by the Board of Education, incumbents shall be given the opportunity to remain in the position unless there are other candidates with notably superior qualifications. (Exception: Class Advisors).
e. Teachers in the bargaining unit who have written applications in applying for a vacant position shall receive written notifications as to the decision within five (5) school days following the decision and before public announcement.
Supplementary Services. The non-discretionary investment advisory services described in Section 10 that Betterment offers to Clients who participate in the Program, meet the Account Balance Threshold, and have elected to participate in the Betterment Premium plan, as well as other Clients who are offered such Supplementary Services.
Supplementary Services. Betterment provides Clients who meet the Account Balance Threshold for the applicable plan the opportunity to receive Supplementary Services through participation in Betterment’s “Betterment Premium” plan. Clients who do not participate in the Betterment Premium plan are referred to as Clients of the “Betterment Digital plan.” If Client meets the Account Balance Threshold, Client will be able to elect to participate in the Betterment Premium plan, or to discontinue participation in such plan, by contacting ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or via the Interface. Clients are charged a higher fee for participating in the Betterment Premium plan, as described in Section 17 (Compensation) below. Subject to the limitations described below, Clients participating in the Betterment Premium plan will be able to schedule telephone consultations with a financial consultant who will provide personalized financial planning advice, including advice relating to debt, such as student loans and credit card debt, mortgages, savings, and retirement (including pensions and social security) advice that does not constitute legal advice or advice requiring licensure as a Certified Public Accountant (such advice collectively is referred to as “Supplementary Services” whether delivered via telephone consultation or another medium). Any tax information provided by Betterment is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified tax advisor. You should consult with your tax advisor to discuss tax-related concerns. In addition, Betterment may, in its sole discretion, offer any Client (including participants in the Digital plan) non-discretionary Supplementary Services through email, electronic chat, or telephone free of charge. Any financial planning advice provided by Betterment shall be based on information provided by Client to the financial consultant and the financial consultant will not be required to independently verify any such information. Betterment shall rely on such information and cannot be held responsible for any recommendations based on inaccurate or incomplete information. Client acknowledges that if Client provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information to Betterment, the financial planning advice that Betterment provides through the financial consultant may not match Client’s needs. Fund transfer between designated payer accounts: auto-matching between designated payer accounts, thereby avoiding the trouble of assigning payer and payee accounts one by one. 三、約定帳號自動配對:立約人新增約定轉入帳號時,即會與立約人已設定之所有約定轉出帳號自動配對;如新增約定轉出帳號時,該轉出帳號即會與立約人之所有約定轉入帳號自動配對,如立約人刪除約定轉出或轉入帳號時,亦會自動更新配對關係,立約人無須逐一辦理帳號配對作業。
3. Supplementary Services. Those services in connection with the delivery of Energy involving additional transmission, interconnection arrangements, energy management, firming, shaping, energy balancing, dispatching, tagging, scheduling, Dynamic Scheduling, transmitting, interconnecting, swapping, exchanging or other services associated with the transmission, use or disposition of Facility Output to be utilized by the Purchaser under this Agreement, and to otherwise provide for delivery and facilitate the disposition, movement, taking, receiving, accounting for, transferring and crediting the transfer of Facility Output from the Point of Delivery to any other points or destinations, as determined by the Purchaser. Supplementary Services include but are not limited to delivery point swaps, stranded energy/transmission curtailments, tiepoint liquidity improvement, transmission loss savings, tiepoint price spread optimization, on-peak/off-peak exchanges, peak shifting exchanges, seasonal exchanges, and both simultaneous or non simultaneous green energy exchanges.

Supplementary Services. The Consultant shall provide, when requested in writing by the Owner, supplementary services not included in the basic work and services. The compensation to the Consultant for the supplemental services, when performed by the Consultant, shall be in the form of a lump sum, billable hours, or “not to exceed” hourly rate which is mutually agreeable to the Owner and the Consultant in writing. Such supplementary services may include the following:

B. Laboratory inspection of materials and equipment
C. Right-of-Way, easement and property acquisition surveys, plats, maps and documents
D. Any major revisions for which the Consultant is not responsible, that are authorized by the Owner after the completion and approval of either the preliminary or final plans and specifications
E. Services concerning replacement of any work damaged by fire or other causes during construction
F. Services made necessary by the default of the contractor in the performance of the construction contract
G. Services as an expert witness in connection with court proceedings
H. Traffic consulting if necessary I. Topographic Survey
J. Preparation of Environmental Assessment documents and/or Environmental Permits
K. If all or part of the work is to be financed by a Federal or State Grant, the Consultant shall assist the Owner in the preparation of the Grant application and with the Grant Administration, unless otherwise specifically agreed upon previously herein.
Supplementary Services. Supplementary services (‘pay as you go’) will be available for subscribing schools. A free (maximum 1 hour) consultation will be provided to scope and cost out the work required.
Supplementary Services services' auxiliary, supplementary and correlated services, to be provided by the CONCESSIONAIRE and under the regulation of the REGULATORY AGENCY, in accordance with ANNEX VII - TARIFF STRUCTURE AND SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES;
