DNR Closures Clause Samples

DNR Closures. To protect public resources, DNR may, at its discretion, temporarily close all or a portion of the Property to geoduck harvesting during the term of this contract. DNR shall notify Purchaser of any temporary closure under this Subclause. DNR shall designate closed areas with shore and/or buoy markers.
