Divisors. 1.7.1. Divisors for calculating hourly rates The daytime hourly rate of the employee shall be calculated by dividing the fixed monthly wage by 153.86. 1.7.2. Divisors for calculating daily pay rates and holiday allowance Each employee’s daily daytime rate of pay is found by dividing his regular monthly wage by 21.67 (Saturdays are not included).
