Divisional and District Allowance. In addition to the rates of wages set out in this Agreement for the Southern Division, Eastern District, the following amounts shall be paid to employees to whom this award applies employed in the Divisions and Districts referred to hereunder: Southern Division, Western District 1.05 Mackay Division 0.90 Northern Division, Eastern District 1.05 Northern Division, Western District 3.25 The Divisional and District allowances for junior employees shall be half those prescribed for adult employees.
