It is NCR’s policy to ensure that maximum opportunity is afforded to certified minority and women-owned businesses to participate as suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors of goods and services to NCR. Supplier agrees to reasonably cooperate with NCR to develop a mutually agreeable diversity plan.
