Common use of Diverse Subcontracting Clause in Contracts

Diverse Subcontracting. (a) Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide opportunities to small and small disadvantaged businesses (as such businesses are defined by the Small Business Administration or by the Federal Acquisition Regulations) for participation in Contracts, including subcontracts and purchase orders, entered into by or for Seller in the performance of the Work. Seller may consult with Xxxxx’s Representative with the title of “Supplier Diversity Manager,” or his or her designee, for assistance in identifying potential Contractors and Subcontractors that qualify as one of the foregoing businesses.
