Common use of District Liability Clause in Contracts

District Liability. The District understands and agrees that the District, its employees, servants, agents, and representatives shall at no time represent themselves to be employees, servants, agents, and/or representatives of the County. The District shall not be required to indemnify nor defend County for any liability arising out of the wrongful acts of employees or agents of County to the extent allowed by Texas law.
