DISTRICT is Responsible for its Own Personnel. DISTRICT’s personnel will perform these services on duty time. DISTRICT personnel performing their services will be employees solely of DISTRICT, subject to the authority of DISTRICT, but will also be subject to the direction of KCCD, specifically with regard to their duties pertaining to the Courses described in the related CAs. KCCD has the primary right to control and direct such activities.
