Common use of DISTRICT AGREES Clause in Contracts

DISTRICT AGREES. 1. That upon completion of construction of the water facilities, acceptance of same by the District, and fulfillment by the Developer and Property Owner of all requirements of this Agreement, the District agrees to operate and maintain the water facilities installed pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with District Policy, procedures or practices as the same are established and amended. 2. That construction water may be provided through metered fire hydrants and billed in accordance with District policies.
