Common use of Distributor Duties Clause in Contracts

Distributor Duties. BAXTER shall: a. submit its orders for the PRODUCTS on its standard purchase order form. To the extent that the terms and conditions of BAX▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇andard purchase order form are inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern; b. pay for all such orders within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for such order; c. advertise and promote the PRODUCTS by methods which in BAX▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇dgment are best suited for the sale of such PRODUCTS;
